Rye Pie Dough

ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup rye flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon Stormcloak Seasoning

6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter

1/3 cup ice water

method

Combine the all-purpose flour, rye flour, salt, and Stormcloak Seasoning in a medium bowl. Rub in the butter until you have a consistency like coarse breadcrumbs.

Add just enough water to bring the dough together. Form into a disk, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until ready to use.
